Rosie has completely transformed my brows. Before going to Rosie, my brows were overwaxed and uneven and in a few short weeks, she has brought them back. Rosie has been doing my brows for over 14 years. She is the best on the business and transferred them from thin, barely visible after years of over plucking to thick and beautifully shaped.
